Recently, DPD have further increased their shipping costs; however, we are pleased to continue offering free shipping on orders over £35 where possible. Unfortunately, this is now only available to mainland UK postcodes, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and UK/Scottish islands.
This is due to DPD’s incredibly high price rise for their service to these more remote locations. Previously, we absorbed large portions of the shipping rates to these areas to aid these customers; however, the shipping prices are now too high for us to be able to continue subsidising this. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers in these locations. As our own business costs continue to rise, we must ensure our small business is viable.
